Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Vyouizi (the "Service"), operated by Natalia Babkina (Autónomo), Torremolinos, Málaga, España. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Because the Service processes photos of people, these rules are strict.

1. Permitted Use

The Service is for your own personal, non-commercial use: building a try-on model of yourself, organizing your own wardrobe, trying your garments on yourself, and receiving styling suggestions.

2. Images of People

You may upload:

photos of yourself; and
photos of another identifiable person only if you have that person's explicit, informed consent to upload and process their image.

You may upload garment images only where you have the right to use them.

3. Strictly Prohibited

You must not use the Service to:

upload, process, or generate any image of a person under 18, or any image where you are unsure the subject is an adult;
create, request, or attempt to create sexual, nude, intimate, or sexually suggestive content of any person;
create non-consensual imagery of any person, including imagery intended to harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, or sexualize someone;
upload another person's image without their consent;
upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, violent, or that violates another person's rights (including image, privacy, or intellectual property rights);
reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or training data;
circumvent usage limits, security, or rate limits, or use bots/automation to access the Service improperly;
resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service outputs in violation of any third party's rights;
interfere with, overload, or attack the Service's infrastructure.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors will be removed and reported to the competent authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report content or behaviour that breaches this AUP, contact info@vyouizi.app.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
